Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized. Parking is on the street or the nature strip.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Suited to couples and small families, Parker’s Cottage is located less than a 10-minute drive to Timboon’s fabulous cafes, shops and supermarket. Other attractions include Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Distillery and Berry World. We provide linen, towels and some basic breakfast and pantry provisions.

The room has a homely and clean feel, but if you like everything luxury, this place may not be ideal for you. Our family home has recently been built in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private purpose built room for guests with external access. En-suite as well as tea and coffee making facilities with a table and chair to sit at and enjoy the views.

This 144sq. metre, 2 bedroom, architect designed container house, has a spacious deck providing views to garden, birds, wildlife and rolling plains. This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. Iconic beaches are 10mins drive away.

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. Situated in Allansford, we are a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Road, a short 200 metre walk to the local pub and milk bar, close to the Freckled Duck bakery, a quick drive to the Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, just down the road is the Warrnambool Speedway and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Warrnambool CBD.
