Point Reyes Unique Creekside Home with Hot Tub

Truly a one of kind handmade, solar powered home of local materials filled with arts and crafts by local artists and treasures we have collected from around the world. Described by guests as “Asian Vintage” this sunny home sets perched above a year round creek and is surrounded by mature gardens and a forest of bay, oak and fir. About an hour from San Francisco and the Sonoma and Napa Valleys, 1.5 miles from Point Reyes Station and 2 miles from the Point Reyes National Seashore Visitors Center and Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Easily access beaches, waterways and parkland for hiking, swimming, surfing, kayaking, SUP boarding, mountain biking and all that West Marin has to offer. Or just enjoy unwinding in this comfortable and beautiful setting. Stroll down to the Inverness Park Market and Tap Room at the end of the street and enjoy some of the best food and drink in the area with a very local vibe. Entering the upstairs you will find a large living/dining/kitchen space constructed of huge beams, wide plank fir floors from wood milled on the property, a bank of windows with a bird's eye view of the forest and a large stained glass window. A fully equipped kitchen and stocked pantry allows you to cook up the bounty of Point Reyes farmers and purveyors on our vintage O’Keefe and Merritt stove. There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, mixer, coffee maker and blender. A Balinese dining table of coconut wood and tiger bamboo seats 6. The living area offers a comfortable pullout couch with a memory foam mattress. There is wifi and a smart TV with steaming Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon prime. Or enjoy any of the DVDs from our small library. A stereo tuner with an aux cable allows you to stream music from your 2.5mm jack equipped device. A deck off the living room has a table, chairs and a small gas BBQ. Also on the main floor is a sunroom with floor to ceiling glass and a glass roof, Balinese bamboo furniture, breakfast table and a side deck. The bathroom has a claw foot tub and shower. There is central heating with the thermostat located in the living area. Downstairs is a large, plush carpeted bedroom surrounded with rock walls, huge beams, a queen sleigh bed, lounge area, flat screen TV and a wood stove. Also a small, bright bedroom with a single bed and a small deck attached. An ante room between the bedrooms contains a wash sink and leads to a private rock walled, slate tile floored area with a dual head outdoor shower and hot tub. There is a laundry room for your use with a full sized washer, dryer, utility sink and linen storage. Outside you will find a stone patio with table, chairs and umbrella. There is a carport for 2 cars. Our son, David, lives on the property in a small separate cabin and serves as manager and caretaker. He will most likely be your point of contact here on Airbnb and throughout your stay. Please read the house rules in this listing and the house manual on the desk at the entry when you arrive.

Welcome to Velouria, our cabin in the redwoods of northern California. With a cosy loft bedroom in the main house, a romantic wood burning stove, a guest cabin located on the property and an outdoor hot tub, full kitchen surrounded by vaulted redwoods. It has everything to make your forrest retreat perfect. It's close to downtown Guerneville and many beautiful local attractions, nature trails and renown vineyards. It also has a big comfy couch and great Entertainment Center for those rainy days!

Main cabin sleeps 4 (add the Quail's nest to sleep 6). Pet allowed, fee applies. Location! This cabin is rare combo of a tranquil retreat with unsurpassed convenience, located in Jenner. Steps outside the courtyard is coffee & wine shop, often w/ live music, as well as a C-store for anything you may have forgotten. Easy river access/boat launch too. Turn the other direction from the courtyard and find the Jenner Headlands for a picturesque hike. The hot tub under the stars completes the day!

Cozy, quiet studio cottage nestled on 1/3 acre of trees and surrounded by seasonal creeks. Indoor gas fireplace and full kitchen & large spacious deck. In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

Our 1940's small hand-built cabin is located one house in from the end of a dirt road, and the builder's family still calls it home. A rustic and cozy place with everything you need, a launchpad for you to connect with nature & a gorgeous view to Stinson Beach. Enjoy watching the wildlife: deer, raccoons, quail & many birds that enjoy the yard right outside the window and follow the rhythm of the rising sun & moon.

Built in 1870, our cozy cottage is located behind one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree. #PLVR-19-0017

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
