Casa Tuani is a luxurious lakefront Villa on the shores of the Laguna de Apoyo natural reserve. Here you will enjoy the epitome of indoor-outdoor living and soak in the spectacular panoramic laguna views. The home is right on the lakes edge so you can easily swim in the thermal waters or take out one of our kayaks. The vacation retreat is fully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a chef's kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, filtered water, barbeque and firepit.

Casa La Sultana is your luxury home in the heart of the beautiful colonial city of Granada, Nicaragua. The villa has four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful swimming pool. It's located just a short stroll away from the main city square and numerous restaurants. The open-living concept creates a wonderful, intimate atmosphere, connecting all guests both inside and outside, which is especially appreciated by families.

Waterfront property located at Laguna de Apoyo. Relax in the infinity pool or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. 2 kayaks & 24 hour security. High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.

Von Ihrer Terrasse aus können Sie Affen, Vögel, Eichhörnchen, Stachelschweine und Co beobachten oder sich einfach nur entspannt in der Hängematte sein lassen. Insgesamt können wir 15 Personen in unserer Anlage beherbergen. Ein gemütliches kleines Restaurant mit ruhiger Bar befindet sich gleich nebenan.
