Come relax and enjoy this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. The Frenchie House, 4 Bedrooms, All King Beds

Playful and lively, this special place is easy to consider your home away from home! Family friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping and entertainment. 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport. Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie themed Rooms! Pups are allowed by request only and with a pet fee.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Peaceful, Private, Perfect!

Relax with the whole family, including your canine companions at this peaceful place to stay. Whole house will be yours including the 1/3 acre fenced yard for your four-legged friends. Get some exercise out the private back gate to the shady and secluded walking path that takes you past a pond for fishing, sand volleyball courts, pickle ball courts and a playground for kids. Just a 10-minute drive to Carolina Beach and 5 minutes to River Road Park pier and boat launch

Vintage Mid-Century Beach Cottage

Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.

Waterside Cottage 'HoriZen'

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Cozy Ranch - Quiet & Close to Everything!

Whether you are beach-bound or spending time downtown, this centrally-located property is quiet and has a big backyard that is great for families & kids! Accommodates 6-8 people. We happily provide beach towels, beach chairs, kids sun-shade tent, beach toys and a medium-sized wheeled cooler for guests to use. For families with small kiddos we provide a booster seat/high chair and a pack-n-play with an extra comfortable mattress insert and fitted sheet.

Wilmington Beach House

A spacious and cozy new home in a quiet neighborhood less than 3 miles from Carolina Beach! Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and with a fenced-in yard you can bring all your dogs.
