It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. The house of almost 170 m2, with heating and air conditioning, is right in the center of the village. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close. You will feel like another local. The beach is 10 minutes by car and the Natural Park of s'Albufera is 4 km away. If you are looking for tranquility and a local atmosphere, Sa Pobla is one of the most authentic towns. Electricity will be charged with 0.38Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

Espacio exterior tranquilo y relajante gracias a su piscina y terrazas con agradables vistas donde podrán disfrutar de una deliciosa barbacoa. Acceso hasta la vivienda en coche y parking propio. La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Calefacción, aire acondicionado y WIFI en toda la vivienda. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos).

Nuestro apartamento Clavells está ubicado en segunda linea del mar, a escasos 100 metros de la playa, dispone de una grandísima terraza con vistas parciales al mar y a la playa, que hacen único a este apartamento. El apartamento Clavells está totalmente reformado con suelos de parquet, completamente amueblado y equipado para su disfrute y el de su familia, nuestro apartamento está situado en el segundo piso del edificio 'Clavells', no disponemos de ascensor.

Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
