The space features a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), an additional 120x200 cm and 90x200 cm bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort year-round. The charming bathroom includes a modern shower.

Postajališče mestnega avtobusa je oddaljeno 50 m. V apartmaju je 1 spalnica z eno zakonsko posteljo in eno enojno posteljo. Dnevni prostor je velik in svetel. V njem se nahaja kavč, ki je raztegljiv in primeren za dve ležišči. V apartmaju se nahaja kopalnica z veliko kadjo in prho, bidejem in pralnim strojem.
