From the doorstep, there is an amazing view of the Bohinj valley and beautiful Julian Alps. The village is located inbetween the Pokljuka and Jelovica plateaus and is surrounded by the Sava river, forests and pastures. Locals named the house ’Pr` Kovač’ since it used to be a blacksmith's (Kovač) workshop. Today, the house is a blend of traditional and modernity and makes a perfect base for family trips, fly fishing, climbing, hiking, biking etc.

The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).
