The Coach House

Enjoy a stay in this charming 220 year old Coach House which is steeped in history and is a rare gem.We are located in the heart of the Burren just outside Ballyvaughan.This beautiful coach house is located on a working farm which has stunning sea and mountain views with private access to the sea shore. This stunning location is a base to explore the Burren and the surrounding areas.There are many attractions in the area. Note:Children must be supervised at all times as this is a working farm.

Wild strawberry Shepard’s Hut with Hot Tub

Beautiful shepherds hut powered by solar for an off grid experience along the Wild Atlantic Way situated on Connemara farm land located 20 minutes from Galway city and 10 minutes from Oughterard and Lough Corrib. Sleeps 3 with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette with running water and gas hob, separate fire pit/BBQ area and outhouse with toilet, sink and heated shower. There is a small wood burning stove in the Shepherds hut with kindling provided. Towels and bedding are also provided.

With stunning views of Galway Bay, this luxurious ensuite studio is tucked away on a very private and beautifully landscaped acre lot. A three-minute walk down our road takes you to the waterfront. A lovely hiking trail is just up the hill past St. Patrick's Church. Located in the village of New Quay on the scenic Wild Atlantic Way, we are on the route to Ballyvaughan and the Ciffs of Moher. (A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

Seasalt is a newly renovated cottage in the heart of the Burren on the Wild Atlantic Way with views of Galway Bay and the Burren mountains. Inside offers a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen/living area and 3 bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. It's a 5 minute walk to Bishops Quarter Beach and a few mins drive from the village of Ballyvaughan where there are shops, restaurants, pubs. It is an ideal location for exploring the Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Aillwee Caves, Aran Islands

You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

Fully off grid experience including solar powered hot water and a modern Scandinavian dry (compost) toilet. Upon arrival you are provided with a fully charged battery, powered by solar panels on the roof and a reservoir of treated rainwater harvested on the roof for washing.
