House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

The location is perfect as you don’t need any public transport, you can walk everywhere. It's semi-BASEMENT(!), with windows. You will have a private entrance, airco, kitchenette, microwave, iron, fridge, private bathroom, cosy room and TOP location.

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.
