The Pod on the Pond at Kirklands is the perfect retreat for one or two featuring a double bed, kitchen and shower with a lovely deck overlooking the pond. Also a large gravelled seating area with, table and chairs. easy chairs and a fire pit. Wake up to the sounds of birdlife and treat yourself to a dip in the hot tub. Budding chefs can hone their skills on the Gas BBQ or Ooni pizza oven perfect for al fresco dining and there's a fire pit to keep you warm as the night draws in.

The cottage provides the ideal base to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the area. Plenty of lovely walks, sailing, fishing, wild life and great night skies. We live locally and are able to offer any advice for those new to Dumfries and Galloway.

A secluded cottage set between the small village of Clarencefield and the surrounding woods. A wonderfully peaceful and welcoming get away to recharge and embrace the surrounding nature. The area acts a gateway to Dumfries and Galloway, the UK's last undiscovered region. The cottage dates back to the 1700s and has undergone an extensive modernisation to make it a cozy retreat for up to 4 people at anytime of the year.
