Relaxed + modern one bedroom basement apartment, fully separate from upstairs house. Comfortable for the urban dweller that would rather stay in a quaint neighborhood than downtown hotel, it's a great home-base for the traveller curious to explore Portland-- especially for the food lover! Located in quintessential Hawthorne/Mt. Tabor neighborhood. Just blocks from Mt. Tabor Park, restaurants, bars and bus lines. 15 minutes from airport. Naturally cool during summers heat and warm in the winter.

Eclectic cottage & sauna bath house/SE Portland

This cottage is a rustic bohemian experience. There is a queen bed and a sleeping loft which is good for kids accessed via a built in ladder (one bed and one ikea double mat (great for kids) in total). Cottage has a kitchenette in the main room where the bed is. There is an OUTDOOR shower/bath and sauna which is incredible in the fall and winter! Inside the cottage there is small bathroom which is in fact down right tiny (not for big folks) wood stove/ oil heater/ac. no smoking allowed.

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years.
