This is the back door unit up the stairs. It's uber cool and is one of the Stone Houses found around Mt. Shasta. The house maintains the exterior historic charm of the original house, but the inside is freshly renovated, stylish, spacious, and fabulous! The unit offers privacy for groups that may want some separation as one bedroom and bathroom are downstairs and the living area and another bed/bath are upstairs. This unit is accessed from the back door, completely separate from the front unit.

This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Great views of Mt. Shasta. Just one mile from town. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make nice meals. Relax on the hammocks in the summer. Sonos sound system, great internet. Hot tub, Weber BBQ in the fully fenced backyard. One dog only under 50 lbs. 75.00 fee.

The Sugar Pine

Nestled in the forest, this new and beautiful 1 bedroom house offers a peaceful, safe and tranquil place to stay and relax. You will feel like you are in your own world, but the town of Mt. Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!
