It has a separate bedroom with all the modern aspects of a five-year-old home. It is warm and cozy with double glazed windows and heat pump. There is a separate entrance with a private car park. You are welcome to sit out on the deck surrounding gardens by a beautiful reserve with views of the Manakau Harbor.

Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.
