Note: 1 x 2m max. parking space, otherwise free parking on road front.

Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Welcome to our cosy holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a tiny cupboard kitchenette as per photos, your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Semi self-contained & central beach haven

Superbly located on Te Ngaio Rd in the heart of Mount Maunganui, this semi self-contained (no kitchen) accommodation is just 250 metres from the beach and a gentle 5 minute stroll to cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. There are two rooms. One generously large room has a queen bed and single bed. The other room is essentially a lounge with a sofa bed. Both rooms open out to a beautiful landscaped backyard that is shared with us and our 2 kids.

The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette.
