Guests will enjoy their privacy at this well-appointed studio, which is located off the main house with its own private entrance. The place is in the safe, quiet Evergreen neighborhood within a walking distance to the local park, churches, Manila Oriental Market, Walgreens and local restaurants. Parking is available both on-site and on the street. It takes a very short driving distance to Eastridge Mall, Evergreen Valley College, Costco, Lake Cunningham, Raging Water, and medical clinics.

Welcome to our ranch above Silicon Valley with amazing views! Ideal for stays of 31-200 days, but if you just want a week to get away, this is the perfect place. We also have some farm animals here on our property that are our pets. Small/medium dog is welcome with an additional $100 dog fee with advance notice. Pets not allowed on the furniture. On a large property, your unit has its own parking and patio. Usage based EV charging is available for a fee. Please check in before 11pm.
