Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.

Terra Nostra- Mapua Wharf

'Terra Nostra' cottage is a delight to the senses. Flair and style surrounds you as you either relax inside whilst the indoor outdoor flow invites you to soak up the surrounds in the outdoor private patio area - pure bliss. Complete with a stylish bathroom, elegant bedroom, laundry and open plan lounge area this cottage provides you with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The ever popular Mapua wharf is only 150m down the road - restaurants, cafes, brewery, shopping and more.

The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road **MAX 20km speed limit on this winding, gravel driveway!. ‘The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Five minutes from Richmond. You have your own driveway, and private front lawn. The cottage is two storied with a bedroom upstairs- King bed. Lounge/dinning/kitchen/bathroom are downstairs. Kitchen consists of fridge, microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, jug,bench oven. Laundry- with washing machine. Pets on request

Peaceful and centrally located studio. Views of Mt Arthur & Mt Campbell surrounded by hop gardens. The studio is separate to our home but uses the same driveway. Your car park is next to studio. Small bathroom, relaxing leather sofas, queen bed. No cooking facilities but does have a jug, toaster, microwave for breakfast & heating food. Plates, glasses & cutlery provided. 15 minute walk to town. 20 minute drive to beautiful Kaiteri beach. 30 minute drive to Marahau start of Abel Tasman track

We are 8 minutes drive away from Motueka and one of the regions most popular cafes and 1 km down the road you can join up with the Great Taste Bike Trail. We are central to the national parks, beaches and many more adventures

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

The Chooks Nook

The Chooks nook has had a make over, now modernised and ready to host again a home away from home. Tucked up in a quiet native garden surrounded by bird song and fruit trees for you to enjoy when in season, and of course our four cheeky chooks. Our seperate, private cottage sits on our 2,250sqm property, with the great taste trail right on our doorstep and the gateway to the Abel Tasman 15 minutes drive away. Why wouldn’t you want to come and see what this amazing place has to offer.

Spacious and modern stand alone and fully self contained apartment, located at the rear of host property. 2 separate suites connected by a large bathroom and laundry. Perfect for couples, corporates , families and friends. Private access to pool and spa. Private outside entertaining area. One minute walk to local cafes, craft beer pub, four square and take a ways. Directly located on the Tasman cycle trail. Adventurers paradise.

Applegirth - Peaceful Retreat near Mapua

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

Tastefully furnished and recently refurbished separate studio apartment with a garden view that backs on to an kiwifruit orchard. It is the perfect place to start your journey to the gorgeous Abel Tasman National Park as well as Golden Bay and of course biking the Great Taste Trail, Motueka is also the perfect place to end your awesome escape to nature.
