This house is approx 300 years old, where old meets new, having traditional floor tiles, stone staircase and wooden beams. It is situated in the lovely village of Rabat only 2mins walk from the old capital city of Mdina, the Roman Villa, Howard Gardens and many other historical places. It is a 1 minute walk away from the main bus terminus and parking area, restaurants and shops. The Sunday market is within walking distance. Although having all amenities nearby,it is a quite pedestrian street.

Right on the Xlendi Promenade Gozo, this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment offers not only comfort and all amenities but a spectacular view of Xlendi Bay. The apartment is located on the island of Gozo. Access to Gozo is via ferry with an approximate crossing time of 40 minutes. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade.
