This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. The guest rooms are in a private hallway with a locked door. Please note that I live upstairs with my dog, and you may see us in the shared entryway. Enjoy kayaking, beach walks, pickle ball, golf, whale watching or wine tasting, and return to watch the indigo night sky while sitting by a warm fire on the patio.
