Our family beach home in Moffat Beach is in a quiet neighbourhood. Moffat beach a 450m stroll away & other beaches within walking distance. The concrete floors downstairs are suited to our beach & outdoor lifestyle with timber floors throughout upstairs. An outdoor shower out the front helps to rinse off after a day at the beach! Beautiful sea breezes, ceiling fans in bedrooms and aircon unit upstairs, help balmy Summer nights. The pool during Summer is splendid! A holiday waiting to happen!
