Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house 1st May to end September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Hut with a View

Enjoy the beautiful setting of this romantic spot set in rolling Devon farmland with a gorgeous view down the Batherm valley towards the wonderful market town of Bampton. Hut with a View has been done to a high spec and comes with everything you need for a relaxing and special stay. Outside there is a wood-fired hot tub, BBQ, fire pit and seating area. Inside, there is a luxurious double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a seating area specially designed for gazing at the view.

Surrounded by apple and plum trees, listen to the sweet songs of birds and the gentle clucking of chickens. A nature pond, often with nesting moorhens, is a few steps away. Relax with the chiminea or barbecue under the stars, whilst soaking in the outdoor bath. Secure bicycle storage with a rack for two bikes is available. A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. Shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fabulous fruit and veg shop, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few minutes' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just relax. There's free, off-street parking. During June, July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table.

Relax in this beautiful quirky cabin which was completed in 2021. Wood fired Hot tub Exposed beams, arched doors and a wood burner. The master bedroom has an en-suite and behind a bookshelf is a hidden bunk room. Guests can enjoy 3 acres of private grounds with a stream bubbling through it and a lake with jetty and rowing boat. Dogs welcome. Bampton is a lovely "foodie" village just five minutes walk away. Attractions nearby. Check in/out Monday or Friday
