Our 3 BR/2BA single-level floor plan allows for the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. The living room opens seamlessly into a fully-stocked "chef's" kitchen. Our outdoor spaces equipped with a firepit, grill, dining table, and rocking chairs allow guests to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Asheville, exploring downtown Black Mountain (1.4mi), visiting Montreat (1.1mi) & Ridgecrest (3.2mi) or hiking in the nearby national forests.

Sunny Black Mountain Cottage 18 min to Asheville

Welcome to this beautiful and inspired mountain home. Located in a quiet spot in Black Mountain, NC, this home is the definition of quiet luxury. Bordered on two sides of the house by wooded areas, sit on the second story balcony and enjoy birds singing. We are located approximately a 10 min walk from Lake Tomahawk and a 15-20 min walk to the edge of downtown Black Mountain (pace dependent). Asheville is about a 18 min drive. Fenced yard for kids and pups. Up to two pups welcome with a $75 fee.

Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Countryside Getaway

Rustic meets modern at our family mountain retreat, featuring an open layout first floor with lots of room for entertaining and cooking. Stay connected with fast wifi and enjoy sleeping arrangements for eight. We are less than a mile from downtown Black Mountain and a twenty minute drive to Asheville. After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub on the patio, and later tell stories around the fire pit in the backyard. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum.

Asheville, Biltmore, The Grove Park Inn, & River Arts District are minutes away

Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .
