Sunny Black Mountain Cottage 18 min to Asheville

Welcome to this beautiful and inspired mountain home. Located in a quiet spot in Black Mountain, NC, this home is the definition of quiet luxury. Bordered on two sides of the house by wooded areas, sit on the second story balcony and enjoy birds singing. We are located approximately a 10 min walk from Lake Tomahawk and a 15-20 min walk to the edge of downtown Black Mountain (pace dependent). Asheville is about a 18 min drive. Fenced yard for kids and pups. Up to two pups welcome with a $75 fee.

Our recently built Mountain cottage is located within very close walking distance to nearby Lake Tomahawk, downtown Black Mountain, Montreat and within a 15 minute drive of the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. If you are looking for a brand new, clean space , with a babbling creek you can hear from the front porch. This house is for you. You will not be disappointed. Please do not ask to bring a Pet. This is a Pet free property. We do not allow pets of any size or type.

We’re just across 40 from the Ridgecrest Conference Center. Our property backs up the the camp Ridgecrest property. This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .
