Poco distante dal mare dell’Argentario ed a pochi minuti dalle Cascate di Saturnia sorgenti calde accessibili gratis. 17th century stone house, with a lovely outdoor area, located in the historic center of Manciano, in the Tuscan Maremma. Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio. L’agriturismo si compone di due appartamenti indipendenti con sala, cucina, camera e bagno. Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

Monolocale La Sorpresa

Monolocale nel cuore di Pitigliano, a pochi passi dalla Sinagoga e dalle Vie cave etrusche. L’appartamento offre una splendida vista sulla vallata del Meleta. É arredato con cura con mobili e oggetti di antiquariato e pregio. Offre una postazione per smart working. The house is located in the center of Pitigliano, just few meter far from the Synagouge and the “vie cave etrusche”. It offers an amazing view on the Valley of Meleta. The apartment is furnished with care and with fine antiques.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

The 80 sqm Suite "Note di paesaggio" is located on the second floor of a historic building where it meets the landscape of the Val d'Orcia. It is divided into several rooms including a furnished double bedroom with air conditioning overlooking the terrace, a living room with a panoramic view, a study with a desk, a marble bathroom with shower, and another double bedroom without air conditioning . You can enjoy a 30sqm terrace and its suggestive view of the countryside.

The colors are warm and enveloping to better rest during your holiday of peace and relaxation. In addition to the two double bedrooms, you have a kitchen with an equipped kitchenette, fridge, induction cooker and a furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo".
