Enjoy the best of Montecito from our lovely centrally located cottage. An easy walk to either Butterfly Beach or the restaurants/cafes along Coast Village Road. Santa Barbara' s famed State Street is just a short 10 minute drive. Our home is designed for indoor/outdoor living. Chill in fenced front or back yard. Read a book, BBQ, or make your own s'mores in the fire pit. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family gathering. WIFI & desk are provided in case you can't leave your work behind.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Montecito Serene Retreat

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Ocean view home! This gorgeous home on the prestigious Padaro end of Summerland will have you living a relaxed, luxurious lifestyle one can only dream of. Morning walks to the coffee shops and afternoon sunsets await you. This ideal location is just one half block away from the iconic Butterfly Beach and Montecito's lower village. We are next to the Four Season's Biltmore Hotel. You won't need your car at all to walk to the grocery store, 6 coffee shops, the best Montecito restaurants/shops, and the beach. Ask about the Butterfly Lane secret tunnel where you can walk under the train track and come out right in the center of Coast Village Rd and enjoy Montecito's main strip......

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!
