Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in the county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge and includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen, attached garage, large yard for activities, a dock, washer and dryer and so much more. Home has many updates including all fresh paint and flooring. There are 2 queen size beds and air mattresses available as well. Cozy up to the fireplace or have an outdoor fire in the pit overlooking the Lake!

Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
