The Cheese House Self Catering Cottage

The cottage comprises of an ensuite family room with a double bed and bunk beds, a living/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and another bathroom. It's perfect for couples and families of up to 4. The cottage has central heating so is lovely and warm, and is a great home from home. Enjoy a peaceful break on our organic working farm, set amid the stunning scenery of Dumfries and Galloway, ideally situated for easy access to local attractions. All guests welcome. Deluxe glamping pod in private garden in rural South West Scotland. No noisy campsite interference. Children welcome but need supervision in garden as we have a pond and stream. You'll hear owls, see hares and red kites and get a taste of this undiscovered corner of Scotland.

One Bed beautifully restored Bothy within a larger traditional barn. Sits in 1 acre of meadow. Perfect to explore all that Dumfries and Galloway has to offer. Located in Gatelawbridge, nestled within the southern upland hills yet just over a miles from independent shops, cafes, pubs and with amenities in the lovely ducal village of Thornhill. The Bothy has great original character, cosy, comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. It is welcoming with an emphasis on being immaculate.

At '235' you will have your own private space to enjoy day or night. The comfortable sofa bed can be made up ready for your arrival or left as a sofa for you to relax. Staying in the centre of town, close to takeaways, a brewery, galleries, shops, park and Carlingwalk Loch. Facilities include a 50" smart tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs. Free WiFi. On street parking outside the property. From the front door the surrounding views are superb. It is a paradise for walkers and close to the busy Arts Centre “The Catstrand”. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. Our neighbours are all of the four legged variety so some countryside noises are to be expected but the cows love to come and greet you at the wall. Parking space in garden
