Un Gioiello di Vista Lago

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

Enjoy the front lake balcony and the large terrace close to the rock face as well as the amazing view over the lake. The cosy apartment has been completely renovated. It is ideal for couples, families and friends. The house is located in the first basin of Lake Como, great place to be near Como, Milan, Lugano and all the villages that are located on the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio... In 10 minutes by walking you can start hiking in the mountain.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
