We have a stunning pool which is heated from May to October ( subject to availability) and in the winter months, a wonderful log burner, which makes our lodge super cosy. Hotub/Whirlpool available and can be used all year round. We also have a beautiful tranquil pond to sit by, with picnic areas if you are looking for some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle ! Just the perfect spot to unwind!

A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Bright and cosy self contained apartment that has its own kitchen and bathroom, no sharing. Acton is a perfect location from which to explore London, eight minutes walk to Acton Town Tube Station and twenty minutes to Piccadilly Circus. Five minutes walk to Churchfield road and a multitude of artisan bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and lively bars.

A private double bedroom annexe, with its own entrance, separated from main house. Private bathroom and full use of the gymnasium and lovely garden. (which includes a small wood area). The house is situated right on the doorstep of Windsor Great Park, in Old Windsor. Windsor town centre is 3 miles away and we are close to Heathrow and the M25 and M4.

Woodpeckers - Contemporary spacious rural cottage

The cottage is in a luxury contemporary style within the gardens of an old estate. There is also private woodland so guests can enjoy walks straight out from the cottage, with wellie boots available for muddy days! For the more energetic there is the use of a fitness room and tennis court. (Weather permiting).
