Our unique space is container turned to a complete artisan-built mini-home, with all furniture hand-crafted from locally sourced wood and resources. It has all the features you'd expect in a home: bathroom incl. shower, 140x190 bed for two, kitchen with sink, fridge, and hob, & comfy sofa all in a smartly designed layout to maximize space. With the large terrace and even larger garden and you've found your own private tiny paradise! Our price INCLUDES tourist tax - no extra charges on arrival.

House Fortunat

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

If you want to wake up with birds singing in the quiet village lies in the Soča Valley, then you are invited to the House "Na kleti". Very close to the accommodation is the beautiful lake of the Soča River which offers relaxation, water activities and swimming on the warm days. Guests can use for free SUP - stanting up paddle board. We want our guests to relax and connect with nature. They can use the beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the meadows and orchards of old apple trees.

Best Lake View Apartment

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Charming cottage with amazing views in the centre of Triglav National Park. A great place to get away from busy city life. With a secluded location and beautiful views you can truly relax or take a scenic hike. The cottage is walking distance to Soča river source, Alpe Adria Trail, Julius Kugy monument and other hiking trails. The perfect getaway for anyone in search of an adventure. Accessible by car and family friendly. Fully equipped kitchen, full bath, heating and cozy fireplace.

Apartma Zdej

Apartma se nahaja v mirnem okolju vasi Modrej s prečudovitim pogledom na jezero Most na Soči. Obiskovalci lahko uživajo ob sprehodih ob jezeru, imajo možnost ribolova, SUPanja in drugih aktivnosti na jezeru. Na reki Soči in njenih pritokih so možni številni vodni športi. Po jezeru je možna vožnja z Ladjo Lucija, ogled izkopanin na Mostu na Soči, ter vožnja z muzejskim vlakom. V bližini se nahajata tudi smučišči Cerkno in Kanin. Pohodnikom pa so na voljo lažje in bolj zahtevne ture.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

An elevator takes you directly down to the private beach, where you can swim in a protected natural reserve. Two sun loungers are exclusively reserved for the apartment. Trieste is just a 10-minute drive away, one of Italian most beautiful seaside cities.

The Mill: exclusive tiny house

This newly renovated tiny house offers you a quite, private, and beautiful place above the village of Modrejce, with a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Soča river. We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.
