Scandi-Style Loft Close to Cosmopolitan Norwood Parade

Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Best of Both Worlds Studio Apartment

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

Tea Tree Gully Tranquility

Self-contained 2 bedroom guesthouse in beautiful Tea Tree Gully. Situated at the base of the Adelaide foothills in peaceful native tree surroundings, walking distance to function venue House of Haines, restaurants, cafes, bakery and takeaway shops. Anstey Hill recreation park is on your doorstep, there are walking trails where kangaroos or koalas can be seen and views overlooking the city. Complimentary breakfast hamper and bottle of sparkling water on arrival. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

Wake up to birdsong at rustic Gumtree Cottage!

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

The Library Loft- City to sea views, nature & pool

Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children.

Clean well presented fully equipped home within easy access to shopping centre and public transport. It is a lovely quiet area where you can explore the many walking tracks or stroll down to the nearby lake, a great location for a day trip to explore the Barossa Valley Wine region. The City is a short 25min bus ride once there you can jump on and off the free tram service exploring the many attractions in our beautiful city of Adelaide or catch a tram down to beautiful Glenelg Beach

Garden Retreat is a peaceful, self-contained studio for 1 guest in Valley View. Enjoy a private bathroom, kitchenette (cooktop, microwave & kettle) and a dedicated workspace. Stay comfortable with AC/heating, Wi-Fi and TV. Step outside to the undercover patio deck with garden access. Dedicated parking included. Bus stop ~2 minutes away with trips to Adelaide city in around 30 minutes.

Juniper Grove • Adelaide Hills Log Cabin

Juniper Grove is a thoughtful little log cabin, nestled in the Adelaide Hills. Originally built by hand in the 1970s and lovingly restored over the past year, this place is a rich, thoughtful one that you won't want to leave. Think floor to ceiling wood, board games aplenty, cozy flax-linen sheets, birdsong and the call of native birds as you rest and recharge.

The Dairy

Private self contained two bedroom guest house, in the Adelaide foothills. Modern décor. Minutes from Tea Tree Gully and Tea Tree Plaza with shopping and restaurants and a short O'Bahn ride to the city. We border Glen Ewin Function Centre, Inglewood Inn is a short drive, and a 45 Minute drive to the Barossa. Private access with car park.
