Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. We look forward to hosting you in our clean, calm & private 2Br/2Ba just a couple minute walk to Butterfly Beach or the shops & restaurants of Coast Village Rd. For those traveling with kiddos we have a pack & play, high chair as well as kiddo plates & utensils. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Tiny Cottage in the Oaks, Midtown Santa Barbara

Enjoy the natural beauty of Santa Barbara minutes from beaches, attractions and wining/dining. This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.

Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
