Diese rund 100 m²große luxuriöse Wohnung mit einer einzigartigen Dachterasse und exklusiver Ausstattung liegt in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Salzburgs, dem Andräviertel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Schloss Mirabell und seinem herrlichen Park! Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten und dabei flaniert man durch den Mirabellgarten oder über den Makartplatz vorbei am Landestheater und den ältesten und traditionellsten Kaffeehäusern.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die 120m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für bis zu 6 Gäste buchbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (2 davon mit Waschbecken im Zimmer), 2 Bäder (einmal Bad/WC, einmal Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine), über eine geräumige große Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und noch einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer der Hauptwohnung ist klein aber fein!

Die moderne und frisch renovierte 85m² Wohneinheit im Stadtteil Leopoldskron bietet eine einzigartige Kombination aus absoluter Ruhelage im Grünen mit Bergblick und Zentrumsnähe. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, während man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln lediglich 10 Minuten benötigt. Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
