"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

Old Yugoslavian bus converted into a cozy mountain lodge with spectacular deck, open air hot hub and roof top with panoramic view over the rolling hills of Maljen mountain. Area is full of wonderful hiking and MTB trails. There's horseback riding and classes through amazing scenery. The cottage is built with natural materials, following sustainable principles, and is part of a traditional rural household, close to homemade food and farm animals. There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.
