Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

The Sunday School - Converted Chapel Vestry

The building was once a chapel vestry. Now a self-contained, large mezzanine guest suite. We are situated in the village of Beddgelert, close to Mount Snowdon. Our place is perfect for couples, small groups or families. We have one large living space with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, kitchen counter with amenities and dining area. Through the large windows you will have an excellent view of the top of Moel Hebog. Above this is a balcony with a double bed and a bathroom.

Mountain View Cottage is situated on the owners small farm near Porthmadog and Portmeirion. The cottage is in a peaceful rural setting, yet close to shops and other amenities. The cottage will sleep 4 and has a large living room with views towards the Ffestiniog Railway, Cnicht and the Moelwyn mountains. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for exploring Snowdonia. Located near the picturesque Portmeirion Italian village, the Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway, and the Coastal Path, it offers a range of walking trails, from leisurely strolls to challenging hikes. We are also close to the harbour town of Porthmadog. The owner is knowledgeable about the area and can recommend places to visit, including excellent local restaurants and pubs, all accessible by bus and train.
