Baita rustica di montagna recentemente ristrutturata che offre una splendida vista sulla vallata e mette a disposizione un ampio giardino ideale per rilassarsi a contatto con la natura. Ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiate in montagna, escursioni, sciate.. In macchina si raggiunge il paese di Canal San Bovo in 5 min., Fiera di Primiero in 15 min. circa. Da precisare che gli ultimi cento metri per raggiungere la baita sono di strada sterrata e ghiaiosa. Accettiamo cani di piccola taglia.

Accogliente Baita in Trentino Baita del Beniamino

In loc. Fodra a Roncegno in Trentino, a 1200 metri sul livello del mare, tra i verdi boschi e i sentieri di trekking per tutti i livelli di preparazione, si trova la Baita del Beniamino, uno chalet di montagna con camino a legna. Una camera matrimoniale, un bagno ed una piccola lavanderia completano i confort. Angolo cucina e barbecue completano l'offerta. I cani sono i benvenuti nel giardino recintato. *è possibile utilizzare il riscaldamento a gas se non si è abili con il camino a legna!

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
