Bike Back 40 from house / Peaceful Home in Nature

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Getaway to the lake

This isn't just a house, this is an experience! Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Lake without a steep descent or stairs. Fast Wi-Fi speeds, & tv's (no cable) throughout. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.

Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.
