We have squeaky floors and faded clean carpet. Bath is shared with your guest only. We do have “spotty country internet” enough to do work, but might not be strong enough to support 3 tv’s.

Although not a large acreage by Texas standards (48 acres,) this special location is perfect for those who wish to get out and away from the usual crowds. It is peaceful and isolated. This is a pet friendly property, and we do charge a $50 one time fee for pets (no exceptions). This fee covers 1 or 2 pets, and helps us keep this place available for guests with furry family members.
