Zen Den features private entrance windows giving a nature view; a large bedroom w/ King tempur-pedic and workspace (wifi); an open spacious living area including flat screen Smart TV and cable, a Queen pillowtop bed (w/ privacy curtains); a full bathroom w/ walk-in shower; a fully stocked and functional kitchen; trails throughout the property and full river access.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.
