Dorset Yurt offers a quiet and rural retreat yet within a couple miles of the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, which is on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. A country store selling local produce (including an off licence ), is a three minutes walk from location. Only one yurt on site with your own cabin equipped with a small kitchen/dining area (fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster and a kettle ) including a hot shower, and flushable toilet. Parking space (EV). No pets allowed.

A 'Wooden Yurt' in a stunning location

Our wooden roundhouse is just like a yurt only made out of wood! The ash pole and cedar shingle roof rests on bespoke wall joists and the whole structure is clad in cedar - a beautiful unique space. The canvas 'top hat' can be taken off so you can sleep under the stars. And that's just the inside! Step outside and you have simply breath-taking views across the farm and surrounding countryside and out to the sea. We also take group bookings for up to 17 people in our 5 units - send us a message.

Set in a private garden on our 30-acre farm, the yurt has everything you need for a perfect holiday. 3 miles from the beautiful South Devon coast and easy access to local amenities. The yurt is furnished comfortably with kitchen, dining, seating and sleeping areas, has electricity & a wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is ideal for visiting local sites such as the Tor and The Abbey. Budhyn Yurt is 5.8m in diameter and 3m high in the centre. It has a super king-sized bed and two single beds with a Nordpeis Orion stove in the centre. White linen with two pillows, hand towel and fluffy bath sheet per person. Complementary super fast broadband Wi-Fi. It has its own kitchen with a fridge/ice box, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, two-ring induction hob ,table and chairs, two USB charging points and a Webber BBQ. It also has private shower room and washing up area.
