Villa Dimelisa

Located in the traditional village of Kaligata on the south coast of the island you are just a stones throw from many beautiful sandy beaches and the Capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, is only a short drive away.

Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. Please also read the "other things to note" section to learn about our Covid-19 safety measures and how we aim to provide a clean and safe place to our guests.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

FOS-A Window to the Ionian-2min walk to the beach

This is a stone studio only a few min walk away from the beach. Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. It is a controversy, but this is where two contradicting lifestyles meet. A warm welcome is awaiting you, with top quality products, gifts of the Ithacan land.

Villa Maria

Cozy, warm atmosphere, perfect for the traveler looking for a real Kefalonia experience. A traditional and fully equipped house since 1863, which is more than 120 Square Meter, with a very big garden and a private swimming pool, in the village of Metaxata in the middle of the most beautiful region of Kefalonia, in Livatho. 8 minutes driving distance from Argostoli and 7 minutes from the famous beaches of Ai Helis and Avithos as well as 10 minutes from the airport.

The house was recently renovated, providing comfort while maintaining its picturesque atmosphere that suits the landscape of an Ionian island. The private big terrace with the breathtaking view guarantees quality time and an enjoyable experience for friends and families.

Kritamos home studio

Iσόγεια κατοικία 35τμ με ωραίο περιβάλλοντα χώρο κήπο και βεράντες στο νότιο άκρο της Κεφαλλονιάς στο χωριό Πεσσάδα Το σπίτι απέχει από την παραλία 500μ και από το Αργοστόλι την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού 9χλμ (συνίσταται αυτοκίνητο, λεωφορείο του Δήμου για Αργοστόλι μία φορά την μέρα). Υπάρχουν τράπεζες, σούπερ μάρκετ, νοσοκομείο και φυσικά νυχτερινή ζωή Στην Πεσσάδα υπάρχει μικρό λιμανάκι όπου αράζουν μικρά σκάφη καθώς και φερυ μποτ για Ζάκυνθο.

Ploes Luxury Cottages “Meliti” overlooking the sea

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. Joya's Studio is a cozy little studio on the top level of a two-story house. located in the village of Sarlata, a traditional Kefalonian village set on a hill near the airport with amazing sea and mountain views. Famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach are laying within a five minute drive distance. Car hire arrangements available upon request.
