Και τα τρία διαθέτουν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φουρνάκι και ηλεκτρικές εστίες, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα και όλα τα απαραίτητα μαγειρικά σκεύη και σερβίτσια. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα έχουν το δικό τους ιδιωτικό λουτρό με ντουζιέρα και παροχή άφθονου ζεστού νερού όλο το 24ωρο. Μέσα στο περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, υπάρχει ελεύθερος, ασφαλής χώρος στάθμευσης για τα αυτοκίνητα, στην σκιά των δέντρων.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην αρχή του παλιού οικισμού της Νικήτης. Πρόκειται για έναν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο χώρο ο οποίος στο παρελθόν έχει υπάρξει ιστορικό κτήριο που λειτουργούσε ως Χαλκιδιο (παλιό σιδεράδικο). The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea
