Απολαύστε το ηλιοβασίλεμα ακριβώς μπροστά από τη θάλασσα. Amphitrite is a traditional stonehouse home, which is located in front of the small port of Neo Oitilo Lakonia. Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Phaos

Phaos located in Kyparissia, specifically in the port of Kyparissia. They have an amazing panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the mountains. Each apartment unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooker, a flat-screen smart TV in all the rooms and the living room, a private bathroom with shower and a seating area with a sofa, and air codition. Τhe balconies have an awesome view to the port and the mountains and you can admire the sunsets. Is on the first floor and is 90m2.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
