The Snug

The Snug is just a 10 minute ride into Bike Park Wales and a 15 minute drive into the Brecon Beacons. Situated in a quiet cul de sac we have a great local pub within walking distance and are close to town (Merthyr Tyfil) and the train station. We offer off street parking and safe bike storage. Our garden area is a great place to relax, light a firepit and have a BBQ. The room, although compact is bright and comfy with wifi, TV and a basic kitchen. We look forward to welcoming you to stay.

Ysgubor Bach is a converted barn situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park and approximately a 2 hour hike to Pen Y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales and Southern Britain. Bike Park Wales, built by mountain bike riders is on our doorstep and we are just 20 minutes by car from famous Waterfall Country. Zip World and Penderyn Whiskey are also well worth a visit.
