Die Studiowohnung befindet sich im Palmendorf Merligen. Sie ist im Parterre mit direktem Zugang zum Gartensitzplatz und zum Autoabstellplatz. Es hat ein Doppelbett (160x200), schmaler Raum mit WC/D, Satellit-TV und WLAN. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner kann nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. Alle Ski- und Wanderorte vom Berner Oberland sind rasch und bequem mit ÖV oder Auto erreichbar. Es sind alle Wassersportarten möglich. Die Vermieter wohnen im Obergeschoss und sind da wenn Du ankommst.

Das Palmendorf Merligen ist sehr zentral gelegen und von da aus erreicht man schnell die Jungfrau Region, Thun, Interlaken sowie den Brienzersee. Die Sauberkeit ist bei uns GROSS geschrieben. Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig, unterhalb der Hauptstrasse und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. „Studio Lerche“ Das Studio ist etwa 45m2 gross und verfügt über einen Wohn/Schlafbereich, eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Vor der Wohnung hat es eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge und den Thunersee! Es stehen oben an der Strasse private Parkplätze für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung.
