Your own private washer/dryer. DVD with several movies for your viewing pleasure. Cable w/ a smart TV. We have a huge backyard with a pool. We are happy to share. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.
