You must go outside to the separate entrance for the shared patio room with guest kitchen, large dining table, desk space, games, air hockey table, and foosball. Laundry always available. This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon).
