Birds, fireflies, deer, turtles, otters and others with the sounds of the river right next to the cabin. This is an active cattlefarm. 45 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway. Amazing riverfront getaway near Mendota, VA. Sit on the large-covered deck and enjoy nature as it floats on by. Small cabin with full sized sleeper sofa available (bring your own linens) or sleep in a tent or in your hammock under the stars! 3 acres of green grass to run, romp, play, and relax. Please note: There is no power or running water on the property. You can bring a generator if you’d like to supply power to the cabin. Also, the only bathroom available is a composting outhouse.

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.
