Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Pet-friendly, the cottage is situated in Ufford, with two outstanding village pubs a short stroll away. The charming, historic market town of Woodbridge is only 10 minutes away.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand

Tide House is in the heart of Woodbridge, a beautiful and vibrant market town, on the River Deben. The house is close to the market square, shops, pubs and restaurants A unique home from home, spacious and freshly decorated A perfect base to explore the Suffolk coast and countryside There are lovely riverside walks along the quay and River Deben Close to the station too, a perfect getaway A cot and highchair are available Dogs are very welcome (fully enclosed garden)

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

Excellent base to explore Suffolks beautiful towns, villages and coastal areas .
