Ad esclusivo, una dimora del '600, situata nel centro storico di Lecce. Il nome è ispirato alla celebre pietra leccese, roccia calcarea facile da lavorare ma resistente al tempo. Duplex completamente ristrutturato, che mantiene la sua struttura "a volte" con parti murarie antiche a vista e nicchie nella pietra. Questa "Pietra Miliare" del Salento offre un terrazzo panoramico/solarium con vista sul famoso Campanile del Duomo, emblema del barocco leccese, da cui dista soli 3 minuti a piedi.

It has a large furnished living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all essential appliances. The 2 bathrooms are modern and equipped with a shower. You will find 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with a single bed. The location of the house on the seafront will allow you to easily reach the beach.
