The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin. This guesthouse sits on almost 42 acres that borders the 300 acreTWRA public hunting land. The slough in the backyard is a duck hunters dream! Also located just 10 minutes to the Dayton Boat dock, it’s a great spot for fishermen to hang their hats after a long day on the water, sit around the campfire, grill out, and relax. The carport on the cabin is a great spot to park your boat with electrical hook ups.

The Barn Studio

Country style vacation setting complete with free range chickens and fresh eggs. One gourmet breakfast served for two or more night stays. Full kitchen, grill , fire pit area, seasonally heated pool, lighted gazebo and private hot tub available for use. Private, yet less than an hour to tourist attractions in (Knoxville/Chattanooga) , motorcycle destinations, kayaking and rafting. Only a little further to Dolly World and Gatlinburg amongst other day trips.

Serene lakefront property where you can fish or swim right from the backyard. Canoe, paddles, and life preservers along with several yard games provided at no charge— corn hole, bocce ball, crochet, and horseshoes. Nestled in a slough adjoining the Hiawasse River Refuge, wildlife is abundant and can be viewed from the back yard. Sandhill cranes and American White pelicans migrate through the winter. Enjoy stargazing at night with minimal light pollution.
