*please read entire listing before booking, so you know what to expect!* This sheep wagon is completely off the grid. No AC/heat. There is an outhouse as well as a shower house. The shower house is attached to a black water tank. The water heats up with the sun. If it’s a hot day, the water will be warm by the end of the day. If the weather is cool, the water won’t heat up as much. Just make sure to enjoy the water by the end of the day, because it will cool off when the sun goes down!

The downstairs basement bedroom has a king size bed, small wicker sofa, a large TV with basic cable, gas fireplace and a full bathroom with rain shower. The backyard is large and grassy with a table and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing after a fun day of adventure.

The Bunkhouse has a large private deck overlooking a small water fall that runs throughout the year.
